About the Game

Langton's Ant is a cellular automaton that follows a simple set of rules to create intricate patterns over time. This system simulates an ant moving on a grid, changing the state of each cell it visits and altering its direction based on the state of the cell.

Key Features:

• Simple custom rules: The ant follows a basic set of instructions, leading to complex and unpredictable patterns.
• No edges: When hitting a boarder the ant will continue on the corresponding edge of texture.

How It Works

Langton's Ant follows these straightforward steps to create its unique patterns:

1. Rules: Set the rules for the ant.
2. Watch:   The ant will follow the rules and generate its pattern.

Controls

• Click on the direction of the rule to change its direction.
• Right Click on the colour to change it.
• Top Left is the speed setting.
• Bottom Left is number of rules.
• Bottom Right is texture size.
